Ingredients:

  • 3/8 cup (30g) White raisins
  • 3/8 cup (30g) Brown raisins
  • 3/8 cup (30g) Roasted peanuts
  • 1¼ cup (200g) Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp. Oil
  • ¾ cup (100g) Roasted peanuts
  • ¾ cup (100g) Roasted sesame seeds
  • ½ cup (120ml) Condensed milk, sweetened

Directions:

Step 1

Chop the raisins and peanuts into small pieces, then put them in each section of the silicone mold. Melt the chocolate and add the oil onto it, mix it until fully combined, then scoop about 2 tablespoons and pour onto each mold. Tap the silicone mold on a flat surface to flatten the top part of the chocolate. Pop it in the freezer and leave it for around 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 2

Place ¾ cup of roasted peanuts in a food processor and grind finely. Add the roasted sesame seeds and grind for another minute. Transfer it onto a mixing bowl, then add the sweetened condensed milk gradually while consistently mixing. Once it’s fully combined, drizzle some melted chocolate onto the surface of the hardened chocolate, scoop some of the mixture and flatten it on top of the mold, press it using a spoon. Put in the fridge for about 10 to 15 minutes, unmold it, and decorate with melted chocolate, peanuts, and raisins, then serve.
