Add 2 and 3/4 cups of desiccated coconut and 1 can of condensed milk in a bowl. Mix everything until well combined.
Cover it with a cloth and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup of almonds to a pot and fill it with water. Place over high heat and let it boil for about 5 minutes. Once done, drain the almonds immediately and rinse them with cold water. Use your fingers to squeeze the almonds gently and loosen the skin. Blot the almonds dry with a paper towel.
Remove the cover from the bowl. Scoop from the milk mixture and insert one of the almonds into the middle of the dough, then form it into a ball. Roll the coconut ball in the shredded coconut to coat. Do the same for the remaining dough. Serve and enjoy!
