Ingredients:

  • 1 cup crushed graham
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 pack gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 1/4 cups condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 – 2 tsp vanilla extract (or lemon juice)

Directions:

Step 1

Combine 1 cup of crushed graham and 1/3 cup melted butter in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Next, line a muffin tray with cupcake liners, then add 2 tbsp of the crumbs to each cup. Press down lightly to form firmness, then chill to set. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and 1 pack of gelatin in another mixing bowl. Mix well, then set aside to let the gelatin bloom.

Step 2

In a small saucepan, add six egg yolks, 1 1/4 cups of condensed milk, 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk, and 2 tsp vanilla extract. Gently whisk, then transfer to the stove. Add the gelatin mixture, then turn on the heat to low. Stir the mixture constantly. When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and remove immediately. Strain to remove lumps, then divide it to each cup. Share and enjoy!
