I really loved this eclair cake idea because it is so easy, all you need are graham crackers, Cool Whip, and some instant pudding. This delicious eclair cake has to be the easiest recipe I have ever made. The best part about it is the fact that it uses all of the easiest ingredients.

• 1 box of instant French vanilla pudding
• 1 (8-ounce) tub of Cool Whip
• 1 box of cinnamon graham crackers
