Line a mold with parchment paper on all sides, then grease it with some oil.
In a pan, add 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of honey, and 1/4 cup of water. Place over medium heat and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes while continuously stirring. To test if it’s done, put a bit of the mixture in water. If it turns like gum, it’s ready.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the mixture and let it melt. Next, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix well, then remove from heat.
Add a pinch of salt then mix well. Next, add 2 and 1/2 cups of peanuts. Mix well until they are fully coated with the mixture. It will become very sticky.
Wear a glove, then grease it with oil. Press the peanuts on the bottom of the mold. Cover with plastic wrap and let it cool at room temperature for about 2 hours.
Break the dark chocolate into pieces and place into a bowl. Melt in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Once melted, pour the chocolate on top of the peanuts. Spread evenly using a spatula. Place in the refrigerator and let it chill for 30 minutes.
Remove from the mold and take off the parchment paper. Slice into pieces, then drizzle some chocolate on top. Serve and enjoy!
