Ingredients

  • two cups of hot water
  • one packet of strawberry jello powder
  • food coloring (optional)
  • two cups of milk
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • two teaspoons of agar agar powder

Instructions

Step 1:

Pour 2 cups of hot water into a measuring cup and add one packet of strawberry jello powder. Mix until well combined. Pour the mixture into your mold. You can use plastic containers. Add food coloring to each container depending on the color that you want to have. Mix well, then set the containers aside and let them cool down. Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Step 2:

Place a pan over heat and pour 2 cups of milk, followed by 1/3 cup of sugar. Whisk it well, then add 2 teaspoons of agar agar powder. Let it come to a boil while stirring often. Cook until agar agar powder dissolves. Turn off the heat and let it cool down for about 5 minutes.

Step 3:

Slice the jelly into pieces, then transfer to a mold. Pour the cooled milk mixture to cover all the jelly. Give it a few thumps to remove air bubbles. Place in the fridge for about 2 hours.

Step 4:

Remove from the mold and transfer to a plate. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
