Grind the biscuits into fine powder. Then put it in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar and two tablespoons of cocoa powder. Mix all the dry ingredients.
Slowly pour half of the milk into the mixture (It is important to pour it slowly and not put all of it at once). Pour little by little, then gently mix after each pour until you finish the first half of the milk. Next, knead the biscuit mixture until it has a soft consistency. Add the lemon zest and mix again. Once done, set aside.
In a bowl, add the second half of the milk and whipped cream, then whisk until thick consistency. Next, combine the coconut and mix.
Put the chocolate mixture between two plastics and flatten using a rolling pin. Once flat, remove the top plastic and cut it into a rectangle. Next, spread the milk mixture on top and roll it. Put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, remove from the freezer and slice. Now, it’s ready to serve!
