To start, break the biscuits into smaller pieces and set them aside. Next, add 1/2 cup unsalted butter and 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate in a small bowl and microwave them for 30 seconds. After this, mix well to combine, then add 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix well until the cocoa dissolved completely, then stir in the crushed biscuits and add 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk.
