This no-bake Biscoff Christmas tree might be the cutest holiday treat I have ever seen! It’s a wonderful creation by Fitwaffle Kitchen. I instantly fell in love with it and knew I had to recreate it this holiday season. The best part is that it does not require baking or cooking, making it the perfect Christmas cookie to prepare with the kids.

To make these cookies, you will need Biscoff cookies, white chocolate, and edible cake toppers. If you find white chocolate too sweet, you can use dark chocolate, but it will make the look totally different. White chocolate gives you more flexibility as you can change the color using food coloring. Decorate the trees however you like using different cake toppers.

Step 2:

Once the melted white chocolate is cooled, check if it has a pipeable consistency. If it does, transfer it into a piping bag. Alternatively, you can use a resealable bag and trim off one of the corners.

Step 3:

Line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Take one Lotus Biscoff then place it on the parchment paper right side up. Pipe the melted chocolate 3/4 from the bottom of the cookie all the way up going in a left-to-right and right-to-left direction, forming a Christmas tree. Do not leave any spaces.
