This 15-minute berry cake by Schnelle Rezepte is my new go-to spring and summer treat! All of the berries combined with the cold creamy cake mix create an absolutely mouth-watering sensation. Lately, I have been loving no-bake deserts, especially no-bakes with berries. This recipe was the perfect addition to my spring picnic last weekend along with my no-bake lemon cheesecake and no-bake banana split cake!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 grams of Raspberries
- 1 cup of Blueberries
(Set aside a few berries to decorate the cake with)
- 3 1/3 cups of Sour cream
- 1 cup of Icing sugar
- 3/8 cup of Instant gelatin

Step One
Combine the dry ingredients with the sour cream and sugar mixture.

Step Two
Mix the water and gelatin together.
Step Three
Combine the gelatin mix with the sour cream and sugar mixture. After mixing the cake ingredients, fold the berries in.

Step Four
Pour the mixture into a 21-centimeter pan that is wrapped in cling wrap.
Step Five
Do as Schnelle Rezepte and top the cake with berries, then cover the top in cling wrap. Refrigerate the cake for 3-4 hours before removing it from the pan.
After just a short amount of assembling work, you can pop the cake into the refrigerator for 3-4 hours while you relax and get ready to eat this yummy cake!
