Easy N0-Bake Banana Split Cake Ingredients

  • 3 oz of vanilla pudding powder
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 cup and 1/3 cup of cold milk (6.76 fl oz)
  • 2 1/2 cups of cold milk (20.3 fl oz)
  • 4.5 oz of butter (room temperature)
  • 10.5 oz of cream cheese
  • 6 oz of powdered sugar
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drained well)
  • 14.5 oz of digestive biscuits or graham crackers
  • 2.5 oz of unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 4 fl oz pineapple juice
  • 2 to 3 banana (sliced)
  • 13.5 oz heavy cream
  • maraschino cherries
  • chopped walnuts
  • chocolate syrup

How to Make Banana Split Cake

Step 1:

Mix vanilla pudding powder and 6 tablespoons of sugar in a mixing bowl. Next, pour 6.76 fl oz of cold milk. Mix well until well incorporated.

Step 2:

Add 20.3 fl oz of cold milk into a pot over heat and bring it to a boil.

Step 3:

Once boiling, add the pudding mixture while stirring constantly. Cook for about 2 minutes until it thickens. Make sure to continuously stir.

Step 4:

Once thick, let it cool for a while then transfer to a bowl and cover with cling wrap. Set aside.

Step 5:

Whisk the butter in a bowl, then mix in the cold pudding. Set aside 4 tablespoons of the mixture.

Step 6:

In a different bowl, add the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Whisk until well combined. Next, mix in the pudding mixture.

Step 7:

Add the drained crushed pineapple to the mixture and fold them in.

Step 8:

In a different bowl, mix the digestive biscuits and unsweetened shredded coconut. Add the pineapple juice and the 4 tablespoons of the pudding. Mix until crumbly.

Step 9:

Transfer the crumbly mixture to the bottom of your container and press it flat.

Step 10:

Add a layer of sliced bananas, followed by the pudding mixture. Spread it evenly on top.

Step 11:

Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks. Spread evenly over the pudding mixture.

Step 12:

Garnish with cherries and chopped walnuts. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
