New year’s eve is just a few days away and I’ve got just the perfect drink ideas for you!  What better way to enjoy and welcome the new year with friends and family, than with a glass of cocktail? This is also perfect whether you’ve recently found an interest in mixing drinks or you just do it as a hobby, either way, this is your chance to show off and impress your guests. Make the holiday party a night they’ll remember because it was filled with good food and impressive drinks! This tutorial is created by this amazing bartender/YouTuber Cocktail Vibes.

Materials:

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Cocktail spoon
  • Jigger
  • Muddler
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Martini glass (optional)
  • Rocks/whisky glass (optional)
  • Champagne coupe glass (optional)

Ingredients:

Giggle Juice

  • 0.5 ounces (15 ml) Vodka
  • 0.75 ounces (22.5 ml) Lemon-lime soda
  • 1.5 ounces (45 ml) Pink lemonade
  • 1.5 ounces (45 ml) Moscato wine (sparkling)
  • 3-4 slices of wedged lemon
  • 2-3 half slices or wedged strawberry
  • Sugar
  • Ice

Salted Caramel Martini

  • 2 parts (2 ounces) Vodka
  • 3 parts (3 ounces) Baileys (salted caramel)
  • 2 parts (2 ounces) Caramel syrup
  • Caramel syrup for garnish
  • Caramel candy for garnish
  • Sea salt
  • Ice

Caipiruva Cocktail

  • ½ slice of wedged lime
  • 4 grapes
  • 0.5 ounces (15 ml) Sugar syrup
  • 2 or 3 ounces (60 or 90 ml) Cachaça, according to preference
  • Crushed ice
  • Lime for garnish
  • Grapes for garnish

Pear Prosecco Punch

  • 2 ounces (60 ml) Pear nectar
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) Cranberry juice
  • 3 ounces (90 ml) Prosecco
  • Ice
  • Sliced pear for garnish

Directions:

Giggle Juice

First, rim the champagne coupe glass (or any glass) with a lemon wedge, then dip and coat it in sugar. Fill the mixing glass with ice and pour vodka, lemon-lime soda, pink lemonade, Moscato wine (sparkling), stir it well. Strain and pour it onto the rimmed glass. Put in the lemon wedges and sliced or wedged strawberries.

Salted Caramel Martini

Fill your shaker with ice, then add vodka, baileys (salted caramel), and caramel syrup, then shake. Rim the martini glass (or any glass) with caramel syrup and dip in sea salt. Drizzle more caramel syrup around the inside of the glass, then pour the mixture, garnish it with caramel candy.

Caipiruva Cocktail

Fill your rocks/whisky glass (or any glass) with half a slice of lime and a few grapes, add sugar syrup, then mash with a muddler or any available tool you have. Add some crushed ice, then pour cachaça and stir well. Garnish with lime and grapes.

Pear Prosecco Punch

Fill the mixing glass with ice, then add the pear nectar, cranberry juice, and prosecco. Stir it well, strain, and pour onto rocks/whisky glass (or any glass), garnish with sliced pears.
