  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 sleeve of graham crackers
  • 12 oz strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache

Directions:

Step 1

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set it aside. Next, add 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream in the bowl of a stand mixer along with 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Whisk on low to avoid splattering, then gradually increase the speed until full speed. Continue whisking until stiff peaks. In the meantime, slice the strawberries into thin slices and set them aside.
