Rice flour, honey, and apple cider vinegar

Rice flour exfoliates, purifies, and remineralizes the skin, while honey is a natural antiseptic that helps cracked feet. To make the scrub, combine 3 tablespoons of rice flour, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 2-3 drops of apple cider vinegar, stir well to form a paste. Soak feet in lukewarm water for about 10 minutes, then gently scrub the paste all over your feet to remove dead skin, repeat this process 2-3 times a week.

Banana

Banana is a natural skin moisturizer and also contains vitamins that help maintain the elasticity of the skin and keep it hydrated and soft, just mash 2 bananas into a paste, make sure the bananas are ripe because unripe bananas contain acid that’s not good for the skin. Gently rub the paste all over the feet including the nail beds and toes, keep it for 20 minutes and rinse with clean water, repeat every night before going to bed for 2 weeks.

Honey

Honey is a natural moisturizer, it draws water from the inner tissues to the outer layers of the skin, this shift of fluid creates a plumping effect that helps the outer skin heal. Simply add 1 cup of honey to a tub of warm water, then soak your clean feet in the honey water and massage them for 20 minutes, gently exfoliate your skin using a pumice stone, pat your feet dry and apply a thick foot cream, do this regularly before going to bed.

Vegetable oil

Most of them contain lots of vitamins that help nourish the skin and promote cell renewal, wash your feet thoroughly, pat them dry with a soft towel and apply a thick layer of vegetable oil to your heels and toes, leave it on overnight, and put on a pair of clean comfortable socks. Make this your bedtime routine.

Vicks vaporub

Traps and keeps moisture in the skin making it soft. Before going to bed, apply a generous layer of this stuff to your feet, massage them for five minutes then put on socks, wash in lukewarm water in the morning. You can do this daily or once a week depending on your preference.
