Seasoned your brisket. Rub both sides with some yellow mustard. For the seasoning add salt, black powder, and garlic powder. Season both sides well. Next, put it in the smoker. Then set the heat to 250 degrees F and cook for five hours.
Wet mix. Combine the whole milk, hot sauce, and eggs in a bowl.
Dry mix. Season the all-purpose flour with salt.
Spicy seasoning. Combine black pepper, garlic powder, brown sugar, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well, then add the oil.
After five hours, remove the brisket from the smoker. Then wrap the whole thing with butcher’s paper. Once done, cover with aluminum foil. Then put in the oven for another five (5) hours.
Dip the brisket in the wet mix. Then transfer to the dry mix and fully cover with the flour. Now, heat your stove and fill it with oil. Cook until crispy. Once crispy, remove from the oil, then pour the spicy season oil. You now have a juicy and amazing brisket full of flavors!
