Add 4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 1 packet of instant yeast, and 2 tsp of salt in the bowl of your stand mixer. Mix it, then make a hole in the center. Combine three beaten eggs, 1 cup of whole milk, and 4 tbsp melted unsalted butter. Add this to the well you created, then place the bowl in your stand mixer. Let this go for about 15 minutes. Between mixing, add in the remaining 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour. After 15 minutes, transfer the dough to an oiled bowl. Cover the bowl with a cling wrap and leave it in a warm place for about an hour. In the meantime, melt 4 tbsp of butter, then make cinnamon sugar. (Combine 3/4 cup of sugar and 1 tbsp of ground cinnamon.)

Now, get the dough out and brush the top with the melted butter. Next, sprinkle some of the cinnamon sugar on your working surface, then transfer the dough to it. Carefully pat and stretch it to a square shape, then brush the top with 1 tbsp of melted butter and sprinkle 2 tbsp of cinnamon sugar. (Grease your bundt pan and sprinkle some cinnamon sugar all over it at this point, then set it aside.) After this, cut it into 64 equal pieces, roll each into a ball, then coat it with cinnamon sugar. Place the balls in the prepared bundt. Once done, cover the bundt pan and place it in a warm area for 15 to 20 minutes.
While waiting, make the brown sugar coating. In a saucepan, add 1/2 cup butter along with 2/3 cup of packed brown sugar. Place it over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until it all comes together. Once it simmers, take it off the heat. Pour this all over the dough, then bake it at 30 degrees F for 35 minutes.
