Start by preheating your oven to 350F and lightly grease a 9 by 13-inch pan.
Get a large mixing bowl and add ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, basil, oregano, pepper, and red pepper flakes. With your clean hands, knead everything together.
Transfer the beef mixture to the prepared loaf and shape it into a loaf using your hands.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.
Get a small bowl and add ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk everything to make the glaze.
After 45 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven and brush the glaze over it. Make sure all of the sides are covered.
Turn the oven temperature to 400F and place the meatloaf back. Bake it for 15 minutes more so that the glaze caramelizes on top or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160F.
After 15 minutes, remove it from the oven and cut the meatloaf into slices. Serve it with cornbread, mac and cheese, roasted veggies, or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
