A toothbrush is great for cleaning your earbuds, just make sure that you use those with nylon bristles as it breaks static electricity. This can help clean hard-to-reach areas easier. Remember to not wet the toothbrush, and gently drybrush in a circular motion instead. Brushing too hard can only push the dirt deeper.

For your phone jacks, you can use an interdental brush as it has the same size and shape as your headphone slot. This method can also clean without damaging a sensitive area as your phone jacks. Remember to turn your device off before cleaning.
