This Mississippi pot roast meatballs recipe by Anne’s Family Recipe on YouTube makes about 15 large or 50 mini meatballs. The sauce for these meatballs looks so tender and flavorful. Also, you can use any other ground meat choices such as ground turkey for a healthier option. I love how the sauce keeps the meatballs packed, and it will be a great option to serve your guests during the holidays.

Overall, I love meatballs, so this recipe is easy to make in one pan. The meatball looks so juicy, and the pepperoncini give it a nice tangy flavor with all of the savoriness. This would be great to add to pasta dishes such as spaghetti. I’m not a big meat person, but I love mini meatballs that are small cocktail sizes because they’re easy to eat.
