- 23 Oreo cookies
- 60 grams of butter (melted)
- 400 grams of cream cheese
- 200 ml. of heavy cream (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 8 pieces of Oreos
For The Ganache:
- 180 grams of dark chocolate
- 200 ml. of heavy cream
