Chicken pot pie doesn’t have to be difficult and can be just as good if you’re making it homemade. This is a budget-friendly meal and it saves so much time in the kitchen if you make them with this recipe. I love chicken pot pie but sometimes I imagine it taking a long time to make. I’m glad I came across this recipe because you can tweak it to however you may like. Also, you can use a dough sheet and place it in a casserole dish to make it in one whole.
First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine vegetables, chicken and cream of chicken soup. Mix everything well.

Next, grease the muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Then, take the biscuits out of the can and press each biscuit into each regular-sized muffin cup. Firmly press each biscuit to the bottom and up the sides. Spoon the chicken mixture into each and pull edges of the dough over the filling to the center.
