In a bowl, combine refried beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies and taco seasoning. Spread the mixture onto the bottom of a 7 x 11 or 9 x 9 baking dish.
Add the guacamole over the refried beans and spread it evenly.
Add a layer of sour cream and spread evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Add a layer of diced tomatoes.
Add the sliced black olives.
Sprinkle the chopped green onions.
You can serve it immediately or refrigerate overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
