Once done, scoop the mixture using an ice cream scooper, and drop each cookie dough, 2 inches apart, into a parchment paper-lined baking tray. After this, whisk together one egg white and one whole egg and brush it on each cookie dough. Sprinkle some sugar and add some sliced almonds on top. Place it in a 350 degrees F oven and bake for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. After baking, let the cookies cool for ten minutes. Share and enjoy!
