Ingredients:

  • 1 lb hamburger, browned and drained
  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup of extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • pickles, chopped
  • cooked bacon, chopped

Directions:

Step 1

To start, cook and brown your ground beef and drain off the fat as much as possible. Once the meat is browned, add half of a block of cream cheese and mix it in. After this, transfer the meat to the bottom of your casserole dish and spread them evenly. Next, whisk three eggs into a bowl, then add 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, and 1 cup of extra sharp cheddar cheese. Whisk these all together to combine.

After this, pour it over the ground beef, spreading it evenly and making sure all the meat is covered. Next, sprinkle some chopped pickles over, then chopped the remaining block of cream cheese into smaller pieces and spread them on top. Lastly, add some chopped cooked bacon and place the casserole in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake it for 35 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy!
