As much as I love the winter season, I dislike how heavy snow can affect driving on the road. That is why these safety tips from CashedOutCars on Youtube helped me a lot. With these tips, I can safely and effectively drive in the snow without stressing too much. Share these with your loved ones by watching the video below.
Don’t get on the throttle hard because you’ll spin your tires. Don’t break hard because you’ll either lock up or kick the ABS so don’t try to steer really quick.
If you plan ahead and you gently get on the brakes before you have to stop or turn sharp, that will prevent you from getting into bad situations.
Get all your braking done in a straight line because your tires could only do so much and they could either break, turn, or do a combination of the two. They’re most effective when they’re doing one at a time. So make sure to brake in a straight line before you turn in especially if you’re going into a sharp intersection.

Don’t stop on a snowy hill as it’s pretty hard to start especially if you don’t have snow tires.
Always break in a straight line because the tires are either going to break or turn. They’re not going to do both once effectively.
If you’re driving in traffic in the snow, always increase the following distance because if someone in front of you gets on the brakes hard and either has snow tires, you’re going to need that extra room to react.
