Do you have aloe vera plants that are beginning to turn brown and have been neglected for some time now? Then, watch this video tutorial by Lifestyle My Style on YouTube to learn the easy trick on reviving your aloe vera plant as well as propagating baby aloe vera plants. The steps are very simple and easy to follow, plus, you’ll see a noticeable change in as fast as a week!
Step 1
All you have to do is to replant the aloe vera in a pot with really good drainage holes. To do this, you have to find a container that is 2 inches larger in diameter than its original pot. Next, start to loosen up the roots gently, it’s as if you’re detangling your braids, just let the roots fall down as you break the soil. If the soil or rootball is extremely dry, then soak it in water for a few minutes or even up to an hour to loosen it up.

Step 2
Next, trim off the roots to about 2 inches long to encourage growth, then plant in the new pot, and put in a combination of different potting soil such as; cactus potting mix, perlite, and moisture control potting mix, you can also throw in some sand if you want. If it has baby plants, then propagate them the same way as you did with the bigger aloe vera, put them in a smaller pot, then it will look comparably better and alive in 1 week.
