I have been thinking about hedgehogs lately and wanted to think of a great art idea where I could immortalize those adorable creatures. I found this awesome hedgehog painting tutorial by  Annamoon Fine Art on Youtube, and I knew this would be a great project for the whole family. Rock painting has always been close to my heart because I usually do hand-painted mandala rocks, which are super easy and just require a pencil and a few q-tips to paint, and they are so much fun. When I saw this hedgehog idea, I immediately thought of my husband’s family country house in England, where we had the most fun in the open fields of East Anglia filled with so many cute hedgehogs. My husband and I would have so much fun trekking around those English fields and spotting all the adorable little critters. The really crazy thing was that the hedgehog image in the tutorial looked just like the cute hedgehogs we saw in the fields, so I was super excited to paint these creatures that I felt like I already knew.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
