I have almost got my Fall decor completely finished, but I needed a little something else to really make it rock. I recently found this beautiful velvet pumpkin video tutorial by This Southern Girl Can, on YouTube, and I really thought they would be a great finishing touch to my Fall display. These pumpkins are super easy to make and have really basic materials that can be easily found at Dollar Tree.
Materials For The Velvet Pumpkins:
- A few sections of velvet
- Some dried beans
- Some pillow filler (cotton batting or dacron)
- A needle
- Some thread
- Some sticks to use for the tops of the pumpkin
- Some moss

Then you will use your trusty hot glue gun to glue on the stick along with the moss to make the pumpkin authentic.
These velvet pumpkins are so cute, they are going to look perfect in my Fall display. These pumpkins are so soft too, they ass textural dimension to any room.
