Easy Strawberry Shortcake Crumble Ingredients

  • 1 box of vanilla pudding
  • 1 box of strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 cup of flour

 

How to Make Strawberry Crumble Topping

Step 1:

Add half of the melted butter in one bowl, and the other half in a different bowl.

Step 2:

Add 1 box of vanilla pudding and 1/4 cup of flour to the first bowl. Mix all ingredients using a fork until it becomes crumbly. Next, in a separate bowl, add 1/4 cup of flour and 1 box of strawberry Jell-O. Mix using a fork until it becomes crumbly.

Step 3:

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet. Mix them a little bit with your hands. Make it flat. You don’t want it to be too thick.

Step 4:

Place in a 350F preheated oven and bake for 6 to 8 minutes. At the 6-minute mark, keep an eye on it to avoid burning.

Step 5:

Once done, place it in a wire rack and let it cool for at least an hour. After that, place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Step 6:

After 30 minutes, break it into pieces then add to a blender. Pulse for 3 to 4 times until it turns into crumbles. Make sure not to overdo it. You don’t want the texture to be too fine.
