This southern-style green beans and potatoes recipe by Soul Food Cooking on YouTube is made with simple ingredients, and it’s easy to make in one-pot. I love southern foods and this would be a good side dish to have with other meals. It would be good to serve with cornbread and other meats. This can be an entree that can be served by itself too. This is one of the favorite side recipes that can get you full but still have the nutritions. I love when meals are cooked in bacon grease because it adds all the flavor to the vegetables. Plus since it’s made in one pot, all of the juices are mixed and infused into one. This tutorial was easy to follow along with because of the thorough instructions.
