I just moved into a new apartment that needed some decorating so when I found this awesome paint chip wall art video tutorial by, HGTV Handmade, on YouTube, I got my supplies together right away. The materials were super easy to get and very affordable because you can get the paint chip cards are free at any local hardware store and the only other things I needed were a piece of foam board and a hexagon-shaped hole puncher. I found those items at Michael’s craft store where I used my online coupons that really provided great savings. All you have to do is pull the coupons up on your phone’s browser, and the cashier will scan your coupon right on your phone, you don’t even need to print the coupon out!

Materials For The Paint Chip Wall Art Project:

  • Paint chips in the color combination of your choice (free from the paint department of the hardware store)
  • Glue (Elmer’s will work well)
  • A piece of foam board

Directions:

In HGTV Handmade, on YouTube, you will learn to make this awesome wall art idea in a few easy steps. You will begin by cutting out the hexagon shapes using your hole puncher.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
