Start by painting the top part of 2 spoons not including the handles with the desired color. Let them dry.
Get a small brush and black paint. Paint small dots on the back of the spoons. Let them dry. Cut the handles of the plastic spoons. Trim the sides a little bit. These pieces will be for the wings.
Get two more spoons and paint them black. Let them dry, then cut the handle on one spoon.
Add some glue on the back of one black spoon on the right top, then attach one wing. Do the same to the other side.
Take the other black spoon and cut the top part about halfway through. Trim the sides, then glue on the head of the ladybug. Cut 2 thin strips from the remaining black spoon, the glue on the head for the antennas.
Get a small clean brush and white paint, and use them to paint the eyes of the ladybug.
