Sometimes, the simplest recipes with plain ingredients become the best dishes, just like these honey-roasted carrots by The Stay At Home Chef. This is one of my favorite carrot recipes, alongside these Delicious Pan Fried Carrots. You have to try both recipes. They are easy to prepare and only require a few ingredients. Most of the things you need are already in your pantry, so you can cook your carrots right away.

These delicious honey-roasted carrots are glazed with a delicious mixture of honey and butter and are perfectly cooked to perfection. They can be paired with so many dishes. You can serve them alongside your favorite meat, like ham, pot roast, chicken, pork, beef, and turkey. Aside from meat, you can try it with fish or roasted asparagus. Some even serve it with salty cheese. They have the perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors, making them a classic favorite side dish.
Most people love making this recipe for Easter, but you can definitely enjoy it all year round.
Start by preheating your oven to 400F and by lightly greasing a baking sheet.
Cut the top and bottom of each carrot, then rinse them well to remove dirt. Slice carrots at an angle into 2 to 3-inch pieces, then transfer into a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the 3 tablespoons of melted butter and 3 tablespoons of honey over the carrots. Season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat. Transfer carrots on the prepared baking sheet and spread out in an even layer.
Place inside the preheated oven and roast for about 20 minutes, or until caramelized and tender.
Once done, transfer to a plate and garnish with parsley if preferred. Enjoy!
