You have to try these fluffy biscuits by Bincy Chris! I made it at home in just 30 minutes and it turned out perfect. I tried so many recipes on the internet and this is definitely the best. It was so easy to make and only requires 6 ingredients.

Instructions
Step 1:
In a large bowl, add the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Combine all ingredients until well-mixed using a whisk.
Step 2:
Add the butter to the flour mixture and mix until it’s evenly distributed in the flour.
Step 3:
Pour cold milk in three or four batches into the flour mixture. Gently stir it using a fork until large lumps form and all the flour has been moistened. It should have a doughy texture, not crumbly.
Step 4:
Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Squish the dough and form it into a ball. Squish it again and pat it to form a small rough square.
Step 5:
Cut into 4 equal parts, then stack them over. Squish and pat again to form a rough square. Repeat the process. Cut it again in four, stack them, and form a flat sheet approximately 1 inch thick.
Step 6:
Cut the biscuits with a round cookie cutter. You can stack the remaining pastry dough, squish, and pat again to form a dough sheet.
Step 7:
Place the cut biscuits onto a cast iron skillet or a small baking tray. Place it inside the oven and bake in a preheated oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about 14 minutes or until golden brown on top. If you are using a baking tray, bake it at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 16 minutes.
Step 8:
Remove from the oven and brush it with butter on top.
