Terracotta clay pots and saucers are one the least expensive items in my local garden center and they are also one of the most useful items. I just saw this wonderful video tutorial by Thrifty Fun, on YouTube, that showed how to make an attractive birdbath out of terracotta saucers. After years in an apartment, we just moved into a new house that has a big yard, so this idea was really going to come in handy to turn our new backyard into an outdoor oasis. The look of this birdbath is distinctly Italian and will fit in perfectly with my eclectic boho decor. All the materials are super simple, and I was able to find them at the local Home Depot garden center.

Materials For The Flower Pot Bird Bath:

  • 3 flower pots (1 small, 1 medium, & 1 large)
  • 2 saucers (1 small and 1 large)

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
