If you love eating chips, you have to try this crispy spinach recipe by Ninik Becker! I love adding spinach to my recipes but have never tried frying them. So, when I saw this recipe, I immediately gathered all the ingredients I needed and made them at home. They turned out incredibly delicious! Each piece is thin and has this super crispy texture.

These fried spinach leaves are definitely a must-try. They are packed with flavors just like your favorite chips, making them so addicting! Kids and picky eaters who don’t like eating vegetables will surely enjoy this as a snack or appetizer. I bet they’ll even request a second batch!
They are already good on their own, but you can definitely dip them in your favorite dipping sauce for added flavor.

In a bowl, combine rice flour, tapioca flour, and seasonings. Mix until well combined.
Pour 1/2 cup of water and stir well. At this point, you can add an egg or add more water or coconut milk. Mix everything until there are no lumps. It should have a slightly thick and runny consistency.
Heat a generous amount of oil into a large pot. Once hot, dip the spinach to the batter then fry over medium-high heat. Cook until crispy on both sides. Once done, place in a plate lined with paper towel or on a wire rack to remove excess oil. Store in an airtight jar to stay crispy.
