Cut a double-piece felt to cover the back of your wreath using a rotary cutter.
Use a wood burner to cut the meshes into 10″ squares.
Get your plastic canvas mesh and lay it on top of the wreath. Trace the middle wire of the wreath on the canvas mesh and cut it. Secure it in place using 4″ zip ties. Make sure to cut the excess. Repeat for the other wreath.
Take a 10″ square fuchsia mesh, fold two opposite corners to the center then roll it twice on each side. Fold it in half and put it on the top part of the heart wreath. Repeat until you cover the sides of the two wreaths using the fuchsia mesh except for the bottom tip.
Get one 10″ lavender and one 10″ coral. Fold them the exact way as the fuchsia. Place them on top of each other making a cross. You want the top part of the purple on the right and the coral on the left. Fold them both and zip-tie them on the top part of the wreath for the second layer. You need 5 sets of this to fill the wreath form. Repeat for the other wreath.
Fill another layer of the fuchsia mess – use 4 pieces, then two sets of two-toned and one fuchsia in the middle for the next one. Repeat for the other wreath.
Connect the bottom of the two wreaths to form a butterfly using zip ties.
Take some tulips and make two portions. Flip one portion upside down then gather the stems together with the other portion. Tie it in the middle with a wire, then attach it to the wreath. Fill the middle with more tulips.
Add a hook on the back and cover it with felt.
