Step 1

The key to a successful scent depends on the top note, middle note, and base note, so make sure to choose the right scents to use. For this cologne, use 25 drops of frankincense, 35 drops of rosemary, 20 drops of bergamot, and 5 drops of pine. Stir the essential oils together until combined, then set them aside, and prepare the wax.

Step 2

Set up a double boiler, then in a large measuring cup, add equal parts of beeswax pellets, jojoba oil, and shea butter (you will need 1 tsp of each to fill a 1oz tin can), and then hold it over the steaming water making sure the bottom is not touching the water.

Step 3

Heat the mixture for about 1 to 2 minutes while stirring constantly, then let it cool for about 30 seconds, and pour in the essential oil mixture while stirring continuously. Transfer the cologne mixture to a 1oz tin can, then let it cool and harden for at least 30 minutes or until completely set, and then decorate or personalize the tin can if you want.
