Peel the label and clean the can.
Drill a hole in the center and the one on the side near the edge. take a ruler and connect the two holes with a marker. Using a circular saw blade, cut directly on the line.
Get your flathead screwdriver and use it to push the top part up. Next, using a file sharpen the opening.
Cut the bottom of a plastic bottle using a blade or scissors. Place the can with the open side down on the plastic bottle bottom. Use a blower or heat gun to seal it. Cut on one side using a blade, then remove it. Drill a hole in the center and place it back.
Sharpen one end of the metal stick, then draw markings just like in the photo below. Bend it on the markings.
Get a bottle cap and make a hole in the center and small holes on both sides. Insert screws in the small holes. Make a small cut on the center edge of the cap between the two screws, then insert the metal stick into the center hole. It should be on all the way down to the first bend. Fill the cap with hot glue and let it dry.
