Summer is in full swing, and I just can’t wait to get my garden ready for all the backyard planting and new ideas I have planned. I have been on a relentless search scouring the internet to find the very best of the best of DIY ideas. Finally, I found this excellent sea glass stepping stone video tutorial by Lovely Greens on YouTube, and I knew this was the perfect project for me. I am finally going to turn my little backyard garden into a mini paradise absolutely popping with color! I am going to be able to do it in an inexpensive way, and I also will be able to utilize many leftover items I had lying around that I could upcycle into something extraordinary. I was so delighted when I found this gorgeous idea to make mosaic concrete pavers out of old broken bits of sea glass, shells, or pottery! All I needed was a bag of quick-dry cement that I can buy at the local garden center or any Lowes or Home Depot hardware store. I knew immediately I had found the perfect project to start my new little colorful garden paradise, the ideas were flowing like a river. I was going to make about ten of these gorgeous sea glass stepping stones and then at the end of my little trail of mosaic stones, I was going to build a DIY coy pond. I could see it all at the forefront of my imagination, and it was going to be beautiful. The materials were really basic and simple to obtain and I already had plenty of pieces of old broken pottery and sea glass. The instructions were really straightforward, and I felt so confident about this project.

Then, you will place your bits of sea glass into the wet concrete and let dry.
