I invited some friends and family to stay at our house for the weekend. I was looking for something my guests could use during their stay with us and found this small DIY project by crafterNOVICE on Youtube. It is so adorable, and I love that she used different pastel colors for the petals. I know that they will all appreciate this small welcome gift. For this craft, you only need a towel, a toothbrush, and some colored paper. It’s super easy to make and won’t even take 5 minutes. You can give this as a gift or a souvenir for special occasions. To make it more personalized, write a message on the leaves for each person.

Take the square towel and fold it diagonally with the two sides lopsided. There will be two small triangle tips – one on the top and one on the side.
Fold 1/3 from the folded edge. Flip the towel.
Place the head of the toothbrush with the lid on the folded part at the edge.
Roll the towel and wrap until the end. Tuck the end. For the lopsided flaps, pull them upward to wrap them around the rose. Pull them hard so they will look more like petals. Repeat the process if you have more towels and toothbrushes.
Cut leaves on green colored paper and two small rectangles. Get two leaves and connect them by gluing the rectangle in the middle. Place it on the handle of your toothbrush with the rectangle in the middle. Get the other rectangle and glue it on the other side so it will stay in place.
Write your message on the leaf part.
