Here is a gorgeous quilt from my favorite quilting aficionado, Donna Jordan. Donna has her own fabric company called Jordan Fabrics and she has so much gorgeous fabric, that she has at her fingertips to make any creation she imagines. was browsing the internet looking for a new quilt idea and I found this hexagon quilt by Donna Jordan Fabrics, on YouTube, and I knew I had to make it. The greatest thing about Donna’s patterns is that they look so extraordinarily ornate and beautiful, but when you get into her tutorials, you realize that they are all really easy to make. The other bonus to making a quilt with Donna is that she almost always gives you a free pattern with her fabulous designs.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
