The best part about this awesome Halloween wreath is the fact that all the materials for this project can be found at Dollar Tree. This witch hat wreath is so easy to make as well you just wrap your wreath form with deco mesh and make some little deco mesh bundles that attach to the bottom and provide a fluffy appearance.
Materials For Halloween Witch Hat Wreath:
- A witch hat wreath form (from Dollar Tree)
- Deco Mesh (in black and purple)
- Wire cutters
- A pair of scissors
- A bundle of pipe cleaners (black)
