Bananas get ripe super fast, so they become useful for banana milkshakes or banana bread. In this case, Tasty Appetite teaches us how to make a simple banana milkshake. Milkshakes can be one of the easiest things to make, and cheaper if you make it at home. You just throw all your ingredients in a blender and blend. I’m usually not a big banana only smoothie girl, but you can add other fruits if you prefer. My favorite type of smoothie would be the strawberry banana combo. You. can use fresh ripe fruits, or if you want your smoothies to be a little cold, freeze them.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 300ml whole milk
  • 2-3 tsp raw sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 ice cube
  • 1/2 cup cashews, almonds, and walnuts

Directions:

First, you want to get ripe bananas because they add a natural sweetener to the smoothie.

I’ve never had a banana smoothie or any type of smoothie that included nuts, so I’ll give it a shot.
