These hacks are so simple and clever that you’d wish you knew them sooner, they are also very helpful in keeping your body heat in and help you feel comfy. Proceed to the article down below to read the tips and while you’re at it be sure to watch the video tutorial, too.
Eat Something Warm
If it’s cold in the morning, then try starting your day with a nice warm breakfast, something like porridge will fill you up well and help keep your body warm. Also, make sure to have lots of hot drinks throughout the day.
Wear Warm Layered Clothes
wearing warm clothes in layers helps insulate you and keep your body heat in. So if you’re going outside wear a warm jacket, scarf, gloves, and a hat to keep you warm all over.
Wear Layered or Thermal Socks
When wearing socks, you can use two pairs to keep your feet warm or you can wear a thick thermal pair of socks instead. There is also a thermal insole that you can simply insert into your shoes, for extra warmth you can blow a hair dryer on it before wearing your shoes.

Keep Yourself Active
Make sure to exercise and keep your body active to help regulate heat. Your body will also retain heat even after exercising so this is a very effective way to keep warm.
Insulate the Bottom of Your Door
You can roll up a blanket, then place it underneath your door to help keep the cold wind outside or you can make a DIY draft excluder using old tights or stockings. Cut off the end of one leg, then insert two wrapping paper rolls, and push it under the door as shown in the video.
Make a DIY Terra Cotta Pot Heater
Place a heatproof mat on a flat surface, then put a pie dish or terra cotta saucer on top, and arrange 3 small candles in the middle and light them up. Place a cooling rack or grill over the candles, then place the smallest pot upside down over the candles, and place 2 bigger pots over them. Put a coin in the hole to cover it and you’re done.
