Growing fresh potatoes is something I have always wanted to do, but always thought that I needed a vast area of land, and a planned garden to be able to do successfully. - A tall flexible laundry basket
- Some good potting soil (you can get a large bag of organic paying soil for vegetables at Home Depot for about $7)
- Potatoes to plant (sprouted)
- Newspaper (for the bottom of the potato basket)
- A knife (to cut holes in the bottom of the laundry basket)
