Break the egg directly into the muffin cup, then whisk it carefully, and repeat the process for the remaining muffin cups. Another way you can do this is to add all of the eggs to a large measuring cup or container, then whisk everything until combined, and pour them into each measuring cup evenly. Add some salt or sugar to the eggs to keep them preserved, then put them in the freezer, and allow them to freeze completely. Once frozen solid, pop them out of the muffin cups, then transfer them to a Ziploc bag, and label them. Pop them back in the freezer and use them as needed making sure to thaw them first in a bowl before using.
