Table decorations don’t need to be expensive. This heart napkin fold is an easy way to impress your partner. It’s simple but adds a nice touch to the whole dining experience. Not only does it set the mood, but also shows that you want your date to feel welcomed. Learn how to make it with livingroom79‘s video tutorial below.
Fold your napkin in half, then fold it again in half to make a crease. Open the last fold.
Fold the folded edge lengthwise a little bit over the middle, then press it flat.
Take the right top corner and fold it towards the middle so the straight edge is facing you and you get a folded diagonal line on top. See the photo below for reference. Repeat with the other side.
Flip it so that the pointed part is on top and you can see the folded lines.
Fold the bottom left corner just a little bit to make a diagonal. Repeat on the bottom right. Make sure you fold the size is the same. Use a ruler if you have to. Next, fold the inner corners a little bit smaller than the outer corners.
Flip the heart, and fix the folds if needed.
