Step 1
Start by emptying up your shower bay, then remove the drain cover using basic tools. (Wear gloves while doing this.) Now, get your drain clearing tool and slide it right into the drain. Clear out the clog and all the debris because anything you leave behind is going to make another clog so much faster so make sure to remove all of it.

The next thing you’ll do is mix up some baking soda and hot water and pour it right into the drain and let it sit for about 3 to 5 minutes.
