You are in the middle of a task, such as wrapping a package, and your tape gets stuck on itself, before you scream, try these simple methods to get the tape back on track and keep it on track. When I found this awesome video tutorial by It’s Renee, on YouTube, I was so excited that I finally had those tape issues explained to me in great detail. This tape taming method just uses old-fashioned common sense, which the first rule of thumb is to use a tape dispenser or form a courtesy tab after every usage and you can avoid those problems.
If your tape does get stuck, you will need to lightly rub your finger around the circumference of your tape and find that fine ridge. When you have located it, you will open a pair of scissors and scrape back that ridge very gently.
Then you will fold the tape back on itself to make a courtesy tab so it does not happen again.
